Our Microsoft Certified System Engineer can create the right
solution for your business needs, including full hardware
and software support of the tasks that make your business profitable. Our experience includes networks
consisting of thousands of client computers and data centers
in applications ranging from educational institutions to

engine CAD/CAM. We are quite familiar with single

Our Standard Service Agreement includes a daily review of
Server Performance Reports and bi-weekly review of Server
Usage Reports.
Standard Service Rates:
Server Level Support - $85/hour, Client
Level Support - $65/hour.
Emergency Support and After
Hours Support:
Emergency Support (less than 24 hour
response time) and After Hours Support is billed at Time and
a Half (1.5 times the Standard Rate)
Travel: $50 per hour
