IMC Studios has been heavily involved with Microsoft
since it's inception. As part of our partner relationship
with Microsoft, we continue to prove that we have achieved
an independently verifiable level of expertise with the
products.
The Microsoft Certification process for System Engineer
is a rigorous testing strategy covering all aspects of
design and installation through handoff to the System
Administrator.
The Microsoft Small Business Specialist is trained and
certified to ensure that your implementation is tailor made
to your small business, and has specifically tested skills
in administering a network for Small Businesses just like
yours.
IMC Studios is a Certified Microsoft Partner with
Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE), Microsoft
Certified Small Business Specialist (SBS), and Microsoft
Certified Desktop Support Technician (MSDST) on Staff.
Networking

IMC Studios offers design, construction,
installation, configuration, post-installation testing,
operational procedure creation and long term maintenance of
local network and internetworking hardware. You'll find us
very price competitive with the many of the large equipment
hardware vendors with the added benefit of following through
with on-site installation and long term maintenance.

Design
Our Microsoft Certified System Engineer can create the right
solution for your business needs, including full hardware
support of the tasks that make your business profitable (see
also
Task Analysis ). Our experience includes networks
consisting of thousands or client computers and data centers
in applications ranging from educational institutions to
medical imaging centers. We are quite familiar with single
failure analysis requirements, data redundancy and security
and abnormal/emergency response scenarios. Our design
includes a system wide design document.

Construction
Our technicians oversee the construction your hardware
through our Dell PartnerDirect relationship using the latest
hardware components, including Intel and AMD processor based
systems.
If desired, we will design and build a custom OEM system. Our bench testing includes a complete
burn-in.

Installation
We install our hardware on-site, ensuring you the
shortest possible timeframe to a working, profitable system.
We install wiring cabinets, rack systems, labeling, cable
harnessing, Category 5 and 5E cable installation and
termination, and cooling systems.

Configuration
All IMC Studios hardware is configured for optimal
performance in a given operating environment by our trained
and certified technicians.
Post-Installation Testing
As part of our hardware service, IMC Studios will perform
and document the performance of post-installation
operability tests under normal operating conditions.
Emergency and backup systems will be tested where required
as part of an Integrated System Testing package.
Operational Procedure Creation
As part of the hardware turnover, hardware operating
instructions can be customized for your particular
application.

remote administration capability provide your business the
expertise of Microsoft Certified
technicians at a fraction of the cost of a staff position.
Real-Time Monitoring and Remote Management
For Critical Server Applications (where downtime has
direct and immediate impact on the client's line of
business), IMC Studios recommends our real-time monitoring
and remote management system. IMC Studios utilizes the
Microsoft
Remote Operations Center technologies for this
task.
Clients may purchase monitoring for any number of servers
and desktops for far less than dedicated onsite staff.
Our real-time monitoring and management systems start at
$500/month (Windows 2003 server-based networks require
additional hardware and software to support System Center
Essentials).

Custom Sharepoint Systems
We create Microsoft SharePoint applications specifically geared to your business processes. We can
create a custom production collaboration environment, including
document control systems, "internal use only" applications
for discussion groups, private business chat systems,
one-click access to electronic forms, and "Show Me"
video hyperlinks to visually move procedures to the next
level, all firmly founded on the
Microsoft SharePoint server or
Business Productivity Online Suite.
Long-term Maintenance
We are committed to seeing our hardware operational
year-round--year-in and year-out. We know the kind of
investment technology represents and we have the preventative
and corrective maintenance services to see your network
through its entire life cycle. Our current 15 year
rolling average for Server Uptime exceeds 99% (which
includes over 2000 computers in our user base).
IMC Studios provides network management and maintenance
as a service. Outsource your Information Technology
Administration and see the performance increase and the cost
decrease. Our Microsoft Customer Relationship
Management (CRM) software allows our clients to
maintain an excellent record of their maintenance history,
further allowing them to focus efforts on documented trouble
areas.
Our Standard Service Agreement includes a daily review of
Server Performance Reports and bi-weekly review of Server
Usage Reports.
Standard Service Rates:
Server Level Support - $85/hour, Client
Level Support - $65/hour.
Emergency Support and After
Hours Support:
Emergency Support (less than 24 hour
response time) and After Hours Support is billed at Time and
a Half (1.5 times the Standard Rate)
