ConstructionOur technicians construct your hardware using the latest hardware components, including Intel and AMD processor based systems. Our bench testing includes a complete burn-in. InstallationWe install our hardware on-site, ensuring you the shortest possible timeframe to a working, profitable system. We install wiring cabinets, rack systems, labeling, cable harnessing, Category 5 and 5E cable installation and termination, and cooling systems. ConfigurationAll IMC Studios hardware is configured for optimal performance in a given operating environment by our trained and certified technicians. Post-Installation TestingAs part of our hardware service, IMC Studios will perform and document the performance of post-installation operability tests under normal operating conditions. Emergency and backup systems will be tested where required as part of an Integrated System Testing package. Operational Procedure CreationAs part of the hardware turnover, hardware operating instructions can be customized for your particular application. Custom Help SystemsWe've provided customized Windows Help Systems for over a decade. Now your applications can have Windows Help specifically geared to your business processes. We can port Help Systems to HTML, including "Show Me" video hyperlinks to visually move procedures to the next level. Long-term MaintenanceWe are committed to seeing our hardware operational year-round--year-in and year-out.
