post-installation operability check was completed for your
system. Please do not attempt repairs, but refer them
to a qualified IMC Studios technician. Doing so may
void your SLA coverage of the labor!

- Please utilize your built-in Help Desk System
whenever possible. This will invoke the same Case
Management System (MS CRM, of course!) as a call to the
Office Manager. If your service is down, please see

afterhours contact number in your Service Agreement.

be billed for travel to your location. If your
Internet connection is still active, you can avoid fuel
surcharges using our
Easy Assist remote assistance tool.
