Location:
IMC Studios is located at 1222 East 14th Street in Russellville, Arkansas.
Directions to Studio:
From Little Rock Airport, take I-40W 78 miles to the first Russellville exit (Exit 84). Cross over the overpass headed South. Take a right on Highway 64 headed West. Continue to Highway 7T (Knoxville) and turn left. Go South 14 blocks, turning left (East) on 14th Street (just before the Brotherhood of Carpenters and Millwrights Union Shop). We are the fourth building on the right (1222 East 14th).
Equipment:
IMC Studios has two main control rooms, each with viewing windows to the Main Floor.

The Main Floor consists of a 30'x30'x14'
compositing wall with camera dolly and teleprompter, perfect for
superimposing performers against larger backdrops of moving
video, graphics from our large library or your original footage. The overhead allows for
jib arm shots up to 12' high. |

The Lower Control Room has four video (3 cameras and sync, BNC) and eight audio (8 mono/4 stereo pairs, XLR) through-wall directly to the
Adobe Premiere Pro editor, switcher and mixing console. The
switcher allows recording to Betacam SP, mini-DV, S-VHS and
direct to hard disk. The Lower Control Room has an XLR audio feed from each of the Audio Booths, one audio booth rigged for voiceovers and one for music and effects. |
The Upper Control Room also has available four video and eight audio through-wall to the mixing console. The Upper Control Room includes 6 audio inputs (four from the Main Floor and two from the Audio Recording Booths) routed to a
16-channel mixer, patchbay,
Adobe Production Premium CS3 digital media workstation and
Sonar Producer Edition digital audio workstation. The Upper Control Room also allows real-time mixing and posting of MIDI, including
Dimension Pro, and
Project5 Digital Sample synthesizers and a master pressure sensitive MIDI keyboard. |

Two Audio Booths are provided for Voiceover and
Foley Effects recording, with Foley Booth able to double as a
second voiceover booth. Both Booths have viewing windows
to the Main Floor and each other. |
Animation and digital layering is provided via a high-speed Ethernet network connection between the Non-linear editor and Animation/Layering Workstations.
In addition, IMC Studios IT and Production data are sharable between all workstations, full data backups of system daily with a 1 week rotation and quarterly rotation. Long term data storage moved to CD-R or DVD-R, with full librarian search and retrieval services.
Amenities :
IMC Studios has email retrieval, fax, copying and multi-line phone services to the office and production areas. Separate restroom areas are spacious enough for changes and are located just off the Main Floor. The Office Areas and Main Floor are separated by a Sound Trap. A Break Room with seating for five, refrigerator, microwave, coffee and a sink basin adjoins the Upper Control Room. The Main Floor and staging area have roll-up door access for heavy machinery. Forklifts may be operated in the Main Floor area for the purposes of moving heavy props or equipment to the staging area or performance area. |
