Process and Procedure Audits
This service is designed for clients preparing for
certifications or audits by regulators. After obtaining the
administrative and implementing procedures for their
organization, IMC will prepare an intense audit on procedure
compliance and effectiveness measurement within the
organization. When a team audit is desired, Day One of the
audit involves an early morning meeting with client
management to introduce the auditors and present the
auditing method. The remainder of Day One involves
interviews and walk-throughs with responsible personnel.
Management is briefed on audit findings at the end of the
each day. Day Two involves follow-up interviews and process
measurement. Day Three involves preparing the preliminary
audit report for the exit meeting with client management.
The client is presented the Final Audit document with
recommendations approximately 10 business days following the
exit meeting.
